The amount of funds allocated for healthcare is depended on the degree of development and the financial condition of the country. Therefore, a key aspect is the prevention of diseases and the prevention of the occurrence of numerous drug side effects. The economic situation and the patient’s ability for social interaction is also considered in the case of the correct application of the recommendations (complience). From economic point of viev, reduce of the amount of adverse drug reactions is beneficial. The occurrence of many side effects such as food-drug and drug-drug interactions have an unquestionable effect on the amount of occurrence of hospital admissions, which are directly connected with an increase in the cost of patient treatment.
